Lynette Allen is an experienced Medicine Woman from the UK, she has worked extensively with the Shamanic plant medicine Ayahuasca and sacred Cacao, with women's circles and coaching for over 20 years. She focuses her 1:1's with Cacao, Breathwork & guided meditations.
For Cacao appointments it is important that you're not taking anti-depressants. Please do not consume caffeine or eat anything for 3 hours before you arrive and please do not drink alcohol on the day of your treatment - before or after.
If you are taking anti-depressants, Lynette can still see you for your sessions but without the Cacao element.
